Advanced Dental Implants is the largest and most established surgical implant center in Southern California. Dr. Nikchevich has focused exclusively on implant surgery and related procedures for over 25 years, placing well over 24,000 dental implants for thousands of patients. He is known for being at the forefront of the surgical profession, lecturing to colleagues nationwide, participating in clinical trials and research, and utilizing the most advanced technology available.

Our practice has a longstanding tradition of providing excellent surgical care. Generations of patients throughout Ventura County have trusted us with their oral surgical care, such as surgical removal of teeth, wisdom teeth removal, or surgical procedures to assist with orthodontics for over 45 years. Westlake Surgical Center
Plastic surgery is another area of facial surgery that we provide for patients in our Westlake Surgical Center. With all the modern equipment of a hospital setting, our outpatient surgical center enables us to provide patients needing plastic surgery and more complex surgical procedures, as well as those with a complicated medical history a safe and comfortable setting for surgery.
In addition to our surgeons, our surgery center is staffed with a staff of nurses and an anesthesiologist to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients. Combined with our other surgical facilities, the surgery center affords our patients the ultimate level of quality, comprehensive, oral, facial and implant surgical care within one practice, with the expertise of multiple surgical specialists, all in one location.
Westlake Laser & Medical Spa
In addition to plastic surgery, our Medical Director, Dr. Ozaki and team at the laser and med spa offer a number of cosmetic procedures and treatments, which can rejuvenate the skin and provide soothing aftercare following surgical procedures. We offer laser treatments, microdermabrasion, facial peels, and dermal fillers for a glowing, more youthful appearance.
